Remaking a historic part of Atlanta.

The Works —
Brand Identity

The Works is an adaptive mixed-use development located in Atlanta’s Upper Westside. A historic industrial district, the 80-acre property aims to preserve this original character as it evolves into a new community. The brand identity redefines the industrial area as the neighborhood it plans to become.

Our team collaborated with an environmental marketing partner to hone the brand vision, strategy, identity, and voice for the new development.

I led a team of designers to craft the brand identity, voice, and concept visuals for marketing materials, social media, environmental graphics, and on-site signage. We also designed a promotional book and website for Selig’s leasing team. Throughout the project, I was responsible for leading client workshops and design presentations.
